The location was great for walking and close to ll the sights we wanted to see. The staff answered my concerns and questions effectively
Minor things light a cracked light switch. The A/C is not working the best on the 3rd floor. The missing smoke detector is in the main living area.

I liked the location and the quietness of the neighborhood. The home was very beautiful and well decorated. The instructions were very clear and the unlock the door from my phone feature was cool.
There was a good time to park and a bad time to park. That’s was really all.

The place was nice! It was clean and it had all the basics! Walking distance from the museums and little shops in Midtown. Loved the location!
Communication, the back and forth through email and text messages. Maybe choose one or the other and not both. Also, being able to call and talk to someone. I wasn’t able to talk to a person I could only text or email. Strict Rules.

Comfortable beds, had everything we needed except for the MISSING sofa bed/ inflatable bed that was part of the listing, and the reason why we rented the place
Management did not respond to our inquiry for 12 hours. We contacted them as soon as we arrived because the 3rd bed was not there. We were forced to buy our own inflatable from Walmart at 10:30 at night. Management was VERY rude when we said the bed was missing. Got the run-around between all the different management systems with no acknowledgement that they had made a mistake. No apology for inconveniencing us. One part of the management kept insisting that there was an inflatable bed in the closet and refused to believe us when we said there wasn't one. We suggested they come and show us where it was and they wouldn't. There was no inflatable bed anywhere. We really looked! The rudeness was so unnecessary. I don't understand why they would want to run their business like this.
