Unfortunately, we did not stay long enough to identify any positive aspects of the property.

The condition of the property upon arrival was significantly different from what was represented in the listing photos. Upon entering the building, there were cigarette butts scattered throughout the entry area and cat litter on the floor. Inside the unit, there was a strong odor throughout the property, heavily marked and dirty walls, damaged flooring, stained carpeting, debris and dirt in multiple areas, and overall conditions that appeared unclean and not guest-ready. Everything was filthy upon arrival. We documented the issues immediately, contacted the host and Booking.com, and vacated the property within approximately 10 minutes. We did not stay overnight, unpack, or use the accommodations in any way and were forced to secure alternative lodging at our own expense.

The apartment was great. It was unbelievably large and was well equipped.

I couldn't get the heat to work. No matter what I did with the thermostat, the heating never came on. I froze all night. Also, the area is very noisy until quite late and the building next door is being renovated. It was lovely to hear the sound if demolition right next to your head. Be careful booking here. The rate advertised is $90 per night, when you card gets charged it becomes total $174! They call it a cleaning fee, pet or no pet. I think that's underhanded sneaking in an extra $60 to your bill without telling you and then not being apologetic about it. Just plain rude.

Spacious apartment in a lovely building in a lovely neighborhood

No sugar, no comfy chairs, poorly equipped kitchen.

Location to stadium was great.

Air conditioners didn't work well.
