Blisko centrum, apartament nowoczesny i czysty.

Słychać wszystko, co dzieje się za ścianą w apartamencie obok. My trafiliśmy na szczególnie krzyczących i rzucających przedmiotami w środku nocy sąsiadów.

Proche des lieux des activités à faire, rue tranquille avec peu de passage. Lits confortables et spacieux. Chambre comme sur les photos.

Les murs sont relativement fins et cela fait qu'on entendait parfois les personnes d'a côté et inversement on peut être gêné de faire du bruit pour ne pas déranger. Par contre l'endroit n'est pas accessible en voiture et les uber ne savent pas où nous récupérer.

The place is located very close to the old city of Split in a lovely residential area. It was very clean with a lovely bathroom and shower. There are lots of lovely cats living nearby. The host was very helpful and responsive.

I didn't mind but the place is up a steep enough hill and quite dark at night.

It was very hard to find in the middle of the night. Something to help like a sign or marker on the gate would help

It was very clean and cosy also very well located near the center.

We loved the freshness and how cosy the area was. It was very easy to check in and the host texted us back whenever we had any questions. It was very close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants.

We didn’t mind, but if you’re having trouble walking the stairs up the hill can be a bit hard when having heavy suitcases (our Uber couldn’t drive us all the way). You don’t have to be an athlete, but it can be hard to reach.

The room, including the bathroom, is very clean and modern and is close to the bars, restaurants, the port, stores and so on. It’s a small room but it’s enough for 1-2 people if you’re staying for like 5 days. If you stay for longer think about the lack of kitchen supplies (there is a refrigerator and water boiler but not much of cutlery or plates). I find the area where the apartment is nice and charming with a beautiful view. Other areas in Split wasn’t as beautiful in my opinion so I would recommend Varoš. The owner is very friendly and helpful as well which made my experience even better! The self check in was easy. Overall we had a great staying at Varos Serenity 1.

Not very accessible because of the steps on the street (see picture). Wasn’t a problem for us though but if you have trouble walking and need help in form of a walker or anything similar it maybe can be an obstacle.

Cute little space, location was ideal as it was quiet but only about a 10min walk from the city centre! good AC, clean modern bathroom, mini fridge + iron in the apartment
