Garden & Sea Apartments Mijas Costa & Fuengirola

I liked that it was in perfect location and really nice area. Views were amazing from balcony. We travelled to different coastal cities but I say that Fuengirola for us was the best.

It was little bit old. Altho we got upgrade from smaller to much bigger one. Since this was really cold winter you have to remember that isolation in these houses are quite bad. Heating was okayish.

El personal un encanto y quitando las playas que son de piedras y rocas (las que hacen daño) era un sitio súper bonito. La piscina en nuestro caso estaba a un minuto andando (incluso ni eso) y la playa (cala) está cerquita.

Le faltaba limpieza, el sofá cama no es recomendable, está en un residencial, no había nada excepto un pequeño supermercado, el cual no recomiendo. Para venir es MUCHO mejor en coche, todo está muy lejos de esta zona y si no vienes de esta forma tienes que moverte por taxi y uber (mucho más barato el primero, por cierto). Y un pequeño dato importante: son todo cuestas en esa zona.

It was exactly as it shows in the pictures. Very clean on arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed. The washing machine was great to use. It could do with some home comforts to make it cosy like pictures and pillows on the sofa. Communication was done by email. Very efficient and once we paid the £200 deposit for breakages etc, we received the code to access the property.

There were no blinds or curtains on the front kitchen window so everyone could see through. The train stops right in front of the window and people could see through our window. We had to clip our scarfs to the window to get some privacy. Also there were not nets or blinds in the living room sliding doors so everyone could see into the living room. There were curtains but we didn’t want them closed in the day. The lock to open the gate bars in the living room was very dodgy, we had to fiddle with it for about 10 mins just to unlock it. It was very difficult to lock it up too. Think it needs replacing as it was rusty and very old. The bathroom heated radiator was very rusty but it did work. Didn’t want to put our towels on it though. The heater in the living room barely got hot,so it may need looking at. It was Luke warm. So was very cold on colder days.

We were very comfortable there. It was rather cold when we got there (December) but the staff gave us extra heaters when we asked for it. They also had extra comforters and pillows ready for us. When a kettle broke, they brought a new one within 30 min. Comfortable, wide beds :)

La ubicacion

Le falta un poco de limpieza, habia polvo y el baño estaba lleno de pelos. A pocos dias de entrar nos cambiaron el apartamento, no era el que yo habia alquilado

The location and the views were great. The apartment itself was very clean.

The customer service was pretty bad. They kept saying that instructions will be sent via email but there were no check - in/ checkout instructions. Seemed like an real estate agency who didn't care. We tried calling but they just ignored us.
