The bedrooms, the terrace, the superb view

The whole place could do with some modernisation. We had problems with the equipment (oven, washing machine…)

Outside balcony was gorgeous for having a bbq and the views were amazing. Easy to get into the property thanks to the staff.

The upstairs was very very warm in summer and the fans were provided weren’t very good. Kitchen was a bit small and dirty, the cutlery drawer needed a good clean.

The property was big and cosy, the view over the sea and the mountains was amazing and the beds were comfortable. It was an overall a nice stay.

Could use a bit more of a thorough cleaning (spider webs) or a price reduction.

Great views. Clean and tidy. Everything you need.

Stairs need some repairs very uneven not good for someone older or with bad knees. Beds are not super comfortable could do with mattress toppers and thicker blankets or duvet. But normal for NZ

Loved the quiet and views and so close to everything.

The only negative is the stairs up to the entrance.
