s20 apartment pool/garden/terrac

Ha sido la peor experiencia en todos los años reservando hoteles y apartamentos. Se supone que en el apartamento nos iban a dejar unas llaves físicas que daban acceso a la piscina pero no estaban. En los 5 días que estuvimos no pudimos hacer uso de ella y el trato recibido por parte de las personas que lo gestionan dejó mucho que desear. No me solucionaron el problema pero es que además tenía que estar detrás de ellos para que me diesen alguna explicación. Te hacen comunicarte por WhatsApp pero las respuestas que recibes no solucionan y si les llamas por teléfono te dicen que tienes que hacerlo por WhatsApp… de haber sabido el poco fundamento que tenían no lo hubiese cogido.

Really clean spacious apartment. Close to transport links, a bus ride away from the center but with amenities close by.

Check in times and check out times, (4pm and 10am respectively) with no flexibility. We arrived by plane and had to carry bags around all day and same going home. Offered to pay more for earlier check in and later check out, but there was zero flexibility. If I am being picky the lack of a kettle in the kitchen was not the best. We paid extra for the fact it had a pool and tennis Court, it was too cold and I didn't see a single person using during my stay. As we traveled via plane for a short break we didn't have tennis rackets or balls, and there are no facilities to obtain, might be good if they were available in apartment for guests to use.

Property was excellent

Location wasn't great, being British doesn't help
