Luxury 2 bedroom with ocean view

Great balcony!

Could’ve been cleaner. The floor needed swept and mopped. Dirty Fingerprints all over the doors and some walls.

The Location was Beautiful

We Had to sit and wait an Hour and a Half in the lobby because when we entered the condo it had a Horrible Smell someone before us put crab shells in the garbage disposal and the smell was horrible the staff couldn't figure out where the smell was coming from so after putting a ozone air stabilizer in the condo for an hour and a half while we waited in the lobby we returned to the unit and the smell was still there until I discovered what it was and where it was coming from so I myself un jammed the garbage disposal and cleaned it out and reset the disposal. I asked my host could I check out a couple hours later and she replied unfortunately not because she has someone else checking in which I knew wasn't true because I had already checked the availability before I messaged my host to make sure it was available before I asked. So I was very disappointed in that being I lost over 2 hours at check in. So it made me feel that my host was not out to pleasing her guest or did not go above and beyond for her guest after all I solved the smell issue and cleaned it up myself. I'm leaving a screenshot of the availability in the photos to show they did not have anyone checking in for atleast the next 2 days so I feel it wouldn't have hurt her to give me a couple of hours later for check out....

It was not clean or ready when we got to the property. We checked out early and still have not received a refund for the night we did not stay. The host was unreachable. The hotel staff were unreliable and unresponsive to issues. Booking.com is a joke bc they have yet to help me get a refund. I will never ever use this app again in my life. I’m military and I will be telling EVERYONE to never use this site. I will stick to Airbnb from now on.

It was in a great location even though we thought it was closer to Hollywood Boardwalk.

Our unit looked like it was not cleaned well with crumbs on the floor, kitchen table not clean, and rug dirty .

The building had great amenities, pool and private beach access. It was very clean and view was nice.

The elevator situation in this building is not ideal, had to wait at least 20-30 minutes each day just to go down to the beach with the elevator in the mornings.

The view, the balcony, beach proximity, kitchen was nice. Front desk staff were helpful.

All of the glasses were chipped, the couch was stained, elevators rules were unnecessary, listing does not state 35 dollar hotel fee or 35 dollar valley parking. Beach closed at 4pm. Text message at valley did not work. Miscommunication about access to other Hyde property.
