"Toller Ausblick,guter Komfort."

Top:Bett(aber franz.),TV(viele deutschsprachige Sender) Küche , Waschmaschine,Deckenventilator. Alles macht einen renovierten Eindruck! Bushaltestelle ,Taxis und großer Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schöner Ausblick(trotz der Hochhäuser) Tip:Playa Hernandez (45 min zu Fuß,oder Bus bis Playa Paradiso und dann 30 min zu Fuß)

Kein getrenntes Schlafzimmer. Die Strände der unmittelbaren Umgebung sind eher Durchschnitt. Für Gehbehinderte ungeeignet(An der Küste geht es meist nur per Treppe ...oder mit großen Steigungen weiter)

"Отсутвие бассейна и парковки испортили моё впечатление"

Вид из балкона восхитительный. Дом находится близко к побережью

Нет бассейна как было указано в объявлении. Мне была обещана компенсация но я её так и не получила. Нет парковки. Если вы планируете взять машину в аренду будьте готовы вечно искать паркоместо. Агрессивный охранник сказал мне что места возле дома только для приватного использования.

En general la estancia fue muy cómoda y agradable.

El extractor cuando llevaba un rato encendido se apagaba y dejaba de funcionar solo. Hacía muchísimo calor en la habitación, hay ventilador de techo pero no refresca casi nada.

"We liked the apartment very much but Playa Paraiso is a quiet resort with limited bars and restaurants"

Very nice modern studio apartment on the 14th floor with balcony giving great sea views. Very comfortable bed and an excellent shower and a well equipped kitchen. Large pool area could do with some sun shades. Location is good close to supermarket and easy coastal walks.

Minor maintenance issues Bedside wall shelf and blind need fixing. Bathroom needs a full length mirror Toiletry holder needed on shower wall Balcony door doesn’t lock Outside balcony light not working Tv no English channels

The view from the apartment was great, with the sea and mountains equally visible from the balcony, as well as the fireworks show on New Year's Eve. The apartment had everything we needed, including a well equipped kitchen. We had a very pleasant stay overall.

The kitchen drain got blocked on our first night and made washing up difficult. There is no parking near the apartment building, sometimes we had to park 10 minutes away as the area got busy in the evening.
