Las vistas desde la buhardilla. Se coge cerca el tranvía 28 y cerca de miradores.

Para llegar a la buhardilla hay que subir tres tramos de escaleras muy pendientes. El sofá cama muy malo para descansar. El apartamento es pequeño para 4 personas.

Casa con spazi adeguati, completamente ristrutturata, dotata di tutto il necessario, condizionatore. Ambienti puliti e biancheria da letto e da bagno molto pulita e profumata.

Il divano letto presente nel soggiorno era traballante e poco stabile. Rispetto poi alla posizione non arrivano i taxi fin sotto casa a causa della posizione e inoltre se si viaggia con bambini e/o valigie di grandi dimensioni è difficoltoso arrivare all'appartamento e portare i bagagli fino all'appartamento in quanto le scale sono molto strette, piccole e ripide.

Понравилось расположение квартиры: в самом сердце Альфамы, рядом бары, рестораны, магазинчики. Квартира оснащена всем необходимым: кондиционер, стиральная машина, чайник, кофейники, посуда. Патрисия всегда на связи, быстро отвечает, дождалась нас поздно вечером, заселение прошло очень быстро и удобно. В последний день Патрисия любезно позволила нам остаться до вечера, даже предложила вызват нам такси. Мы обязательно вернемся сюда еще❤️

Great location near a couple of restaurants and bars. Walkable to most locations in the city. One of two top floor apartments. Good wifi and a comfy bed.

The cleanliness of the bathroom. The seals on the shower were black with mould as was the drawer and seals inside the washing machine. The bathroom has no windows so it smells mouldy. Shame as the rest of the flat was clean. No aircon in the bedroom only in the living space. We understand it's an old apartment but you could hear walking in the other apartment on the wooden floors as I'm sure the apartment underneath us can. The worst thing for us was the neighbours washing machine going on just before midnight and hearing the drum filling up with water and spinning in the bedroom. We understand that washing needs to be done but would of been nice to got it done before 11pm and not finishing at 2am!

Pleasant attic apartment in the heart of Alfama, surprisingly quiet at night, friendly neighborhood, good infrastructure, great view, very friendly and helpful owner

Everything was fine, but notice: As the apartment lies in the attic, there is partly a sloping roof and steep and narrow stairs. If you are a very tall person or with particular disabilities or a lover of really oversized luggage, this flat is not your best choice. But if you're fine with that, you will enjoy your stay.

The apartment is small, the staircase is steep and the roof is low; not ideal if you are tall or have small kids

The location is excellent, the views are beautiful, and the host is very accommodating

It can get very noisy at night, challenging to get our language upstairs, and taxi drivers can't drive right in front of the property so you have to cary your luggage to get to this place. The washer machine was making weird noises and the chairs were falling apart.

Property was comfortable in a good location. The host was helpful. Close to station and metro ( although uphill) Close to tram Quiet at night

Not suitable for people with limited mobility ( steep stairs, eaves rooms with low ceilings) but this was not a problem for us

Location was great! Close to everything we wanted to do without being too busy. Cute restaurants a minute walking that were delicious and affordable. A small convenience store 1 minute walking. Team stop a few minutes walking (tram was always super crowded though!) Bathroom: great water pressure! The step stool for my kids in the bathroom was not expected and SO appreciated. There was just enough space for us with a beautiful view and everything we needed (coffee, 3 (!!) ways to make coffee, paper towels, broom & dustpan for cleaning up after children, washing machine (the kids got a KICK out of hanging out clothes to dry on a line off the balcony), etc. We didn’t cook but had everything we’d need if we did decide to cook. Host was responsive and helpful when I asked questions/for recommendations.

The steps up to the apartment were tricky with large luggage. Carryon size was much more manageable. Not a problem but something to note. NOT part of property but If you’re renting a car at any point and plan to pick up luggage, you won’t be able to get to the front door. Again, not a problem but worth noting. It would have been helpful to know.
