Visitors are not allowed in the Villa. It's totally forbidden to invite local people in the Villa. People with Moroccan nationality must provide a wedding certificate according to the local law. In case of non respect of this rule, the tenant will be evicted of the property before the end of the stay. The rubbish will need to be put in a plastic bag and put in the container outside of the villa. No sun cream on the sofa. The house will be clean and tidy. The cleaning must be done before departure otherwise a fee will apply.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

It was an excellent experience, beautiful location, clean house, great service. It’s a great place for those who seek to rest, to enjoy and seeking for a perfect location to spent with family. I would definitely recommend it and definitely coming back.

La villa était superbe. Nous avons pris un week-end en juin. La villa était propre, la piscine sans vis-à-vis. Les enfants ont apprécié. Un moment reposant sans le stress de la ville d'Agadir. J'y reviendrai certainement.

"Wow. First time in Morocco and we all had an amazing time."

The villa is stunning. Pool is amazing. We hired a car. As we were quite far out. But was nice to see Morocco outside the city. We drove to Agadir each day (45mins) but you could easily spend the day at the villa around the pool. As we were only there three days we wanted to make the most of it.

There’s absolutely nothing. It was an amazing stay.

The villa is perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. For those who don’t want to cook there is a local chef who prepares and delivers authentic Moroccan food that is very good and great value.

Location was great, facilities were superb, the pool experience was better than other pools we saw on the estate

my wife saw over our 9 days 3 cockroaches these freaked her out
