"Beautiful pool and view. Lovely modern house with all amenities you need."

Loved the location and view from the pool area. House is modern and clean. It provides all the amenities needed. Communication between me and host was very easy.

The gated community was lovely and we felt very safe but there are a lot of houses and the pool was very far from the house.

"Modern house to comfortably self cater but you do need a car/driver"

This is a large, spacious and modern property built in a gated community. It has all the equipment needed to self cater. The communal pool is great with beds to lounge on and a lovely view down to ocho rios. Security on the gates at all times so very safe. It is only a 10 minute drive to the beach/bars and restaurants in ocho rios. You do need a car or a driver as there is no way you could walk anywhere, the complex is at the top of a very very steep hill and there are few footpaths on the main road.

The smell! There was a very strong musty/mouldy smell in the main front bedroom and lounge area which was quite over powering and made all our clothes smell too. There were no signs of damp so not really sure what was causing it.

Costa Bella Vista felt like home away from home. The Villa was absolutely gorgeous and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and rooms were well equipped with everything we needed. The host was very pleasant and quick to respond. I absolutely enjoyed my stay and cannot wait to visit again.
