Good apartment with all necessary equipment. Giuseppe is very helpful and gives attention to details. Flexible check-in time with the Viakey service. Varedo train station is a walking distance away.

Apartment has everything you need for a stay, including washing machine detergent and dish washer. We didn't miss anything. The host, Giuseppe was wonderful, very helpful and nice. Supermarket and restaurants close by. the house gives a home vibe.

The main downside is the slow internet, it is 2.4GHz LTE based modem which is enough for regular browsing and for one person use. i was told that soon it will be upgraded. Also aircon is only in the leaving room area. To get good night sleep need to keep the bedroom door open.

What a great host that we have! When I was unsure about the parking area, he made a whole video to show me the way to the house and the parking location (gated, outdoor). Thank you! When staying here, we had a wonderful experience. You can find all little things the host provided: breakfast basket, pods for washing machine, coffee, toothbrush, slippers, bathrobes, etc. Though small, those gestures meant big to us.

The water heater might need an upgrade. We sometimes had cold water while showering, especially if someone else was using the kitchen sink.

Good communication with the host. The host really want to make your stay comfortable and convenient. The place is full of small details that make you fell at home. Clean and spacious.

The washer/dryer is difficult to understand. Was not able to get it to dry.

The owner had thought of every detail that someone might need. Very helpful and responsive host.

In take some time to get hot water, probably because it’s 2nd floor.
