Breakfast was not included. The location was advertised under the property name City Vista Views & Light Sparkle. Property address 37 Roeland street Apartment 1505, Cape Town South Africa. We were driving around the block looking for a building with the name City Vista Views & Light Sparkle, only to find that City Vista Views & Light Sparkle was situated in a building named Perspectives.

Everything. We were under the impression that the building will say City Vista Views & Light Sparkle. The security at the door was not helpful or friendly. No indication in the lobby where to go or where you are. It looked like a dilapidated apartment building. When I met our hostess Pami, she was not professionally dressed. I started to feel very uncomfortable and unsafe when I got into the elevator I did not know where I was going. Even the elevator’s interior was dilapidated. The corridors where dark, with limited lights. I remember how my eyes hurt when I walked into the bright white apartment. The apartment smelled awful. The big window sliding doors were open and I realised how unsafe that was for children. Even an adult could easily fall out of the window. Looking down directly out of the window you could see another dilapidated building.

Location and high level floor without balcony . Not safe for kids

Morden interior deco, great views of the city and harbour. Beautiful and pictures matched what I saw on the listing. Secure car parking. Clean.

Just the front of the building, location. But not too bad also

The apartment was very clean, very comfortable bed and clean bedding.

The people on the apartment next to ours were smoking 🥹🥹. And the smoke was too strong it went through our door.
