We had a lovely time at the place with our family.. Everything was organised well . Highly recommended for a weekend getaway with family and friends.

For staycation it's a very good choice, and comfortable as well. Suitable for family. We enjoyed our stay there.

Everything in this property was above my expectations would definitely recommend your villa to my colleagues and family's and also the owner was very humble and kept everything in place for our use.

Nothing at all

Tastefully furnished and designed, ideal retreat for family and friends. Spacious, easily accommodated a group of 8 adults. The backyard lawn is a major bonus - had a decent game of badminton and football. The pool is well maintained, even during a spell of rainy season; and the pool lights add to the ambience.

Nothing specific about the property but a few pointers for future travellers: 1. Would advise getting in touch with the host / staff prior to travelling for accurate directions; Google maps can be very misleading. 2. Paucity of food delivery options, especially out of hours. Would recommend travelling with a stocked pantry / availing services of the in-house cook / local eateries.

The lady cook who prepared breakfast and dinner for us was good at her cooking and food was much liked by us. The caretaker seemed a good guy.

The approach to the property comes after a steep climb of around 15 meters onto a 15 feet length platform from which one has to drive downward to a matching depth of around 15 meters. Now the 15 feet width platform and the immediate downfall is not visible from the base of the incline. On 14th August when I visited, there was a 8 inch deep ditch on the platform. There was no indication of the ditch. The caretaker standing there had no indication placard neither the security. The car has to pass over the ditch. Not knowing , my car fell into the ditch and suffered damage. The facility manager told me the owner was intimated by email. The caretaker informed the incident to the owner. However, he denied everything. God knows what is the truth. Bad experience. Left a bitter taste. However, the bungalow is decently maintained though the kitchen was dirty, curtain rod were hanging from their brackets, broken and a bedsheet was smelling. The ditch and the lack of attention by the owner & the facility staff was highly insensitive. The bungalow is within a gated community that includes a star hotel and suites & was undergoing renovation. Thus restaurants we wanted to dine in were not available. Wish these were disclosed in the property description by the owner.

Unique blend of cosiness of a luxury bunglow home, with services comparable to star hotels, courtesy a very welcoming, though unobtrusive owner and care of helpful caretaker & cook. Fantastic location within the beautiful Gangakutir residency, banks of the river just a 5 mins. walk. Perfect for a cosy family geteaway or party with friends on the lawns. Beautiful architecture and very tastefully done interiors.

Pest control, availability of less rich food, though food was very tasty and easy on demand. Though owner kindly made available access to common pool at no extra cost, during our stay pool maintenance by the Estate seemed having scope for improvement. But these do not dwarf at all the beauty of the place and family experience that would stay with us forever

Very clean and well organised. Basic ingredients were available in the fridge for cooking. And options for recreational activities were provided like carrom, cricket and badminton

Drive to the location was not pleasant and it was hard to get to

Value for money Cleanliness Caretaker was lovely and responsive AC rooms ( good night for mosquitoes)

Hard time to locate the property Ground floor toilet had foul smell Doesn’t have private pool Location is okay but was expecting Ganges view.

The property had enough space , the staffs were very cooperative, GODAI and Laxmi were very nice
