"A fuir car malhonnête"

Le propriétaire n'est jamais venu nous apporter les clés malgré tous les messages et appel envoyés. On a du faire réclamation et trouver autre chose en dernière minute. Irrespectueux et en plus, il a l'interdiction de louer son appart selon les lois de la copropriété ( confirmé par plusieurs propriétaire de l'immeuble).

"Piso espacioso bien situado"

Esta muy bien situado, entre plaza castilla y chamartin. Es grande, espacioso, cada habitacion tiene su propio baño y la terraza esta muy bien. Hay muchos servicios cerca. Estaba algo preocupado por las fotos de humedades de otras opiniones, pero cuando fuimos nosotros estaban todas arregladas.

El piso esta algo viejo, se ve desgaste y pequeños desperfectos, una pena porque con un poco de cariño seria un pisazo

El apartamento está en un edificio antiguo y en muy mal estado, hasta el punto de provocar náuseas. Ventilar no ayuda. El techo del dormitorio está deteriorado y caen trozos de cemento directamente sobre la cama. La ducha y el lavabo son muy antiguos, nos dio asco utilizarlos. Las almohadas y los colchones son muy incómodos. No dormimos en toda la noche.
