Overall Review: The hotel is well-located and visually appealing, with a modern aesthetic and an energetic atmosphere. While there are several strong positives, the overall experience felt inconsistent and did not fully meet expectations for the brand and price point. Pros: - Excellent location with easy access to dining, shopping, and local attractions - Stylish, modern design with attractive common areas - Convenient on-site amenities and a lively pool area - Friendly and welcoming staff throughout the stay Cons: - Food and beverages: Priced at a high-end level, but the quality and value did not align with the cost. Nearby dining options were a better value after the first night. - Rooms: Updated but feel like a quick refresh of an older building, with some maintenance and finish issues. - Housekeeping: Service varied by day, with noticeable differences in thoroughness. - Noise considerations: Taboo (the pool restaurant) operates as a nightlife venue on weekends, with loud music extending late into the evening. During our stay, similar sound levels also occurred on a Thursday night due to a private event, with bass noticeable inside the room. - Pool: Water appeared cloudy at times, suggesting possible filtration issues (minor but noticeable).

Service was unbelievable! And Kenya always made our room incredible each day, what a super star!

My stay at ME Cabo was exceptional from start to finish, defined by truly phenomenal customer service and a level of care that made us feel genuinely valued. Every member of the team was attentive, warm, and proactive, anticipating needs before we even voiced them, and the food was consistently delicious across every meal. The location is unbeatable, perfectly situated within easy walking distance of the harbor, which made exploring effortless. What stood out most, however, was MaFer, whose professionalism, intuition, and grace elevated the entire experience. She has a rare ability to make guests feel seen and understood, remembering details, offering thoughtful recommendations, and creating a sense of ease and belonging that cannot be taught. Her presence reflects the very best of ME Cabo and represents the kind of excellence that defines truly outstanding hospitality.

Our stay was fantastic! Room was beautiful and the food was amazing. Ana and Jair at front desk, Mariana concierge, Gustav at the beach club and Vanessa at the Taboo Restaurant, Martina and Carmela in housekeeping, young man in room service who delivered our breakfast and Beach Club Manager (I forgot their names) were all fantastic! They were so lovely and took great care of us.

Great place to be with your partner no doubt about that. Everyone is very welcoming and the service is outstanding!

My boyfriend and I have never been to Mexico before, and it’s hard to know from afar when planning a trip how things are really going to go, so we were delighted to find that ME Cabo was a fabulous experience! Mariana in particular helped so much in making our little love getaway perfect 😍 thanks Mariana!!! We’ll be back!
