The location only

Very cramped. Dangerous set of stairs not suitable for elderly or disabled. Situated in loft so very noisy in stormy weather. Not comfortable seating. No parking facility as advertised in initial advert. Confusing security system on initial entry. Run down building very poor condition outside.

No WiFi. No Hand wash provided No parking- thankfully i was able to locate a parking space on my parking very close to flat

Location was perfect for our requirements. Property was clean and everything required was supplied.

The heater in bedroom had been mounted to the wall making it impossible to use the 2 double sockets. Quite creaky floor boards. Bathroom extractor fan wasn't working.

Quiet area and picturesque views on both sides of the flat! Easy walk to Porthmeor beach made all the difference (be prepared to walk back up the steep slope though, it’s all part of the fun). Kitchen is convenient to use and well stocked with essential equipment making it easy to cook at home. Listing requires updated pictures, the space is modern and prettier than expected with beautiful art hanging on the walls. All the required details were provided before and leading up to the stay. Thank you for this lovely stay.

To be provided additional loo rolls, second set of towels.

The location and it was adequate for what we wanted.

Instructions of how to get into the flat was poor and confusing. No door number. We worked out eventually that we had to go thru the front door to gain access get to the keypad to the flat (thinking it was ouside). The photos on booking.com are not accurate. The wifi in the folder needs to be updated as not correct. Not sure about anything else. I enquired about toilet supplies and got no response!

Absolutely disappointed, I couldn't gain entry! Phone numbers do not work. I was left to decamp to another town that could accommodate me. Thirty pound taxi fare! I needed to be in in ives for what I'd planned. I demand compensation for the inconvenience that you have caused.

Decent flat with everything you need

FREE PARKING!! it is hardly ever available which meant I only left the spot once knowing how bad it is to get parked. Getting locked out first night, how can this happen? Steep hill to seafront. Very noisy(cheap) bed Why say sky box when there are no sky channels?
