"Overall still good for me"

Located at strategic location, got convenient shops and dining place nearby. Host is helpful and responsive.

Maybe need some maintenance repair for some wall, cabinet, tiles in bathroom, wear and tear. And i guess the condo management need to set house rules for tenant that cannot make noise after 11pm. There is a group of tenant rented 1/2 unit away from my stay unit still singing quite loud bday song at around 1am. And better to provide the water dispenser inside the unit itself rather than walk to the most front unit to get water, safety issue.

Great location near restaurants and convenience stores. Handy for visiting local attractions (a short drive away). Apartment was not cleaned well on arrival but host arranged her cleaner to visit again. Apartment building is more worn and dated than photos show but still good value for money. Kids enjoyed the small rooftop pool.
