-Muy buena zona -Aparcamiento fácil -Limpieza del apartamento

-Muy ruidoso, estás prácticamente en la calle -No tiene muchas comodidades (basuras, un abridor, aire acondicionado) -El desayuno no se sirve en el apartamento, debes ir a un bar cercano.
