The location is great but if you want to walk to a nearby Centrum or restaurant you need to walk on the car ramp slope.
One of the bedroom ceiling fan can't be turned on. No toilet tissue provided the reason being it will cause the sewage system to clog. The cooking pots are not in good condition. The car park is full of bat poop. The water heater sometimes is not hot.

Location wise is near to centrum mall where many restaurant around. but it will be to near for car but too far if walk.. Balcony view is ok despite just Ground floor, if higher floor will be even better.
No toilet paper provide with reason it will cause the sewage system clogged..... ceiling fan noise when it start... but it will ok after run for couple of minutes. if can provide more in house slipper will be good, too cool for bare foot.
