Casa Cocò - Appartamento al mare

The Apartment was one of the nicest we stayed in, and the beds were easily the most comfortable of all the places we stayed. Unfortunately, we were unable to stay longer than a night.

The apartment is actually a few blocks from the beach, and the area around the apartment is residential in a mostly subdued part of Lido di Ostia. I would not say that staying near Lido di Ostia is any easier than staying in Rome if you need to get to Fiumicino Aeroporto. However, we were offered a very nice shuttle/taxi to the airport, which did make our lives easier.

It is a lovely 2-bedroom apartment with kitchen and a large balcony and view of the Atlantic Ocean from both bedrooms. Giorgia was very pleasant and accommodating as we arrived a little early. We would stay there again if we came back to Italy.

We liked everything there.

Close to airport. Modern and clean apartment. Great communication and met us on site with the keys.

No Air conditioning in the living areas Lounge room couch too small for the amount of people in the apartment

The location was great near the beach and a supermarket near by. Very clean apartment and welcoming host. She met us at the apartment and showed us everything. There were beach towels, umbrella and some toys for the beach. We only stayed for one night but would recommend for longer stays.

The only thing that I think could be improved, especially for longer stays, is a better/bigger couch in the living room and some cozy lights there as well. Other than that, everything is perfect.

Georgia was a great host. She met us when we arrived, told us about the town, and booked a taxi for us for early the next morning. Also, the apartment must have been newly renovated. It was clean and in great condition.

Really nice, large, comfortable apartment, supernice host. In an apartment, there is everything you need, washmashine and even sun umbrella. :) 2 bathrooms, 3 balconies with view to the beach. 2min walking distance to the beach.

It is outside the centre, but it was bit noisy in the evening and also in the morning.

The Host was in touch and came to give us the key in front of the property

The only issue was entering main entrance of the building with the apartments as the lock got faulty. However, I have raised my concern to the Host and the problem was in process of sorting during our stay. Temporarily, I had to ring to a neighbours to let us in. But I must say that they were all lovely.

Huge, very clean And nice apartment. Better than in pictures. Supermarket near. Next to the sea.

A bit long walk for small childrens to the centre, but still managable.
