Stylish 2BR w Private Balcony in CPH City Centre

Furnishings, brightness and location.

Nothing not to like but a few suggestions: 1. Would have been good to have a dishwashing brush. 2. Would be good if a liner for the bin was provided. 3. Dishwasher cloth for wiping surfaces would be good. 4. When we arrived there was only a quarter of a toilet roll. Would be good if there was some provided and kitchen roll.

Lovely clean apartment, good location comfortable stay

The room is nice, spacious and clean. The location is excellent right at the train station, and everything is just a walking distance. It is good that we can do laundry and cook some easy food. Providing plenty of shower towel and soap and shampoo.

It would be even better if they provided a microwave and pillows could be bigger in size.

The location was great. As soon as we sorted the public transport. We were 100% go.

WiFi poor.

Great location close to everything. We loved that it’s literally right next to the train station so very easy and convenient. We also loved that there was an elevator. The apartment itself is roomy and light with enough room for a family.

Cleaning not great and the apartment could do with a proper deep clean. The apartment wasn’t set up with the sofa bed even though we had booked for the right number of people and there was a random half built cot left in one of the bedrooms. It would also be very handy to have a microwave in the kitchen and the bath towels were extremely small.

The location was exceptional! Easy access to room. Very spacious. Loved the balcony!

Centrally located, core services within an easy reach, still quiet and cosy. Excellent home base.

Only one set of keys: a more modern approach with multiple sets would be easier in terms of logistics.

Loved the interior and the location.

Wish the shower had a partition of some sort and wish the access to the key lockbox was at the apartment itself.

The shower is an open area in the bathroom; a few extra towels would be nice to keep the water from the rest of the bathroom floor. The place was nice but a little pricey for what we got; would stay again if the price was lower.

Instructions were clear but I would use a closer location to get to the lock box. 500m under the rain and pushing suitcases + children is a bit much.

A month´s worth of accumulated filth and hairs under the beds, behind the sofa in the living space and behind the washing machine. Had to buy washing up liquid as there wasn´t any. I sent a message about these points to the host whom they replied right away to. Also shower curtain is around 25cm above floor level therefore the bathroom becomes a wet-room after a shower. I appreciate showers in Denmark are built that way but I find it unnecessarily inconvenient and small. Bed mattresses soft for my liking and pillows very small.
