Location is excellent, right in the city. Lots of food places and handy to the train station. Helpful info from host. Cleanliness is good. Rooms are big with full facilities. Great for families.

More tips to note: 1. Not really suitable if you have mobility issues as a number of steps to climb. 2. Can be noisy but that is a trade off with location 3. It is an old place so some facilities while usable need a bit of reapair

Muy céntrico en La Spezia. Tiene un parking público (de pago) al lado, ideal para dejar o coger las maletas. Sistema apertura puerta electrónico por lo que no te tienes que preocupar por las llaves

Los 3 dormitorios no se entran desde un pasillo sino de una habitación a otra, por lo que no hay nada de intimidad Sin unas cortinas para que no entre la luz. Zona muy ruidosa Además estaba roto el lavavajillas cuando estuvimos.
