The location nearby the river

It was dark and almost impossible to find. No markings for elevator and lights upon arrival and no one to assist. The bathroom drain was choked with hair and the water was all clogged. The photos are a bit too nice compared to the actual room hence I didn't find it worth the price at all.

Our vacation was seven nights and eight days. The staff was really kind and even let us check in early, which gave us more time to explore the city. The location is great — close to the train station, about 30 minutes from the airport, and just a 15-minute walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

On the downside, although it’s advertised as Breakfast in Bed, breakfast was basically missing — we only found croissants once, and otherwise just coffee capsules. There’s no fridge in the room, only one in the common Breakfast-in-Bed area, but we didn’t really feel confident using it. Cleanliness was okay but not amazing: the bathroom wasn’t very clean, housekeeping came twice, and the linens were changed once. Also, the place was noisier than expected because of the old building and lack of soundproofing. In the end, I’d say the price-quality ratio isn’t really worth it just for the central location. The building is very old and, to be honest, a bit scary at night, almost like it’s abandoned. I think we could have found a better option for the same budget.

Great room and facilities. Beds in a configuration that met the needs of our family. It's really comfortable and clean. The location is excellent, not too long of a walk to the Duomo and Tower. Great shops and eateries on The Corso, too. Everything we needed before an early start for the airport.

La gentilezza, la pulizia, punto strategico nel centro...Grazie 💕

Ottima posizione centrale tra il parcheggio più vicino e la piazza dei miracoli, entrambi a 10 min a piedi. La struttura si presenta bene è tenuta bene pulita e ha un ascensore, perfetto per chi non vuole fare 3 rampe di scale. La camera è ben pulita e spaziosa, con un bagno alla moda con una bellissima doccia.

Nelle camere non c'è il frigorifero, il che risulta un po' scomodo se uno vuole portarsi dietro almeno dell' acqua, nella struttura comunque, c'è un frigo in comune. Abbiamo avuto problemi con l'acqua del lavandino, nulla di catastrofico, però usciva solo acqua calda, in qualsiasi direzione tu girassi la levetta usciva solo acqua calda, mattina e sera.

Nice room in the city center of Pise. It is closed to the train station. The bedroom and bathroom were simple and clean.
