Location was good. Central to everything required. Grocery store within 5 mins walking distance. Keyless entry to unit so didn't have to worry about losing or forgetting a key or keycard when heading in or out.

Additional Payment processing options would make the booking seamless.

The property had very friendly staff, quiet and clean.

The view from the balcony, the much needed AC, tue convenience of the WIFI. Having a lovely size bathroom and a laundry section. A lovely spacious room

That was addressed by the host

Always very clean and pristine. Reminds me so much of a top notch hotel. A very hospitable host that goes above and beyond.

I didn’t like that I had to leave!! Hahaha amazing property and very nice staff

Like the location it was fantastic

Advised the host my flight will be arriving approximately 10:00 p.m. up on arrival had an issue with the security to get access to the unit my name was not given to the security it took approximately 10 minutes before getting the key to the unit. We were not given any written instructions . We basically had to figure out how everything work on our own. The next day the Host came knocking aggressively at the door and we did not know who it was. We ask who is it instantly got an attitude from the host. She came in with an attitude had words with my daughter all because she asked who is it at the door. She only came by to collect the payment and left in. She explained she was in the process of canceling the reservation because we did not communicate which is entirely her fault she could have verified with the security if we arrived safely. The way she knocked at the door was very scary. This was two females in the unit. Did not hear a word from the host the whole stay at the property. The last day I needed to get a taxi to take me to the bus terminal it was raining no security was at the front. I called the host to ask how to get a taxi she volunteered to take us to the bus terminal. That was the only communication I had with the host for the whole duration off my stay. She did not check up to see if we were okay if we needed anything we ran out of toilet paper had to go out and buy toilet paper. Like I said the place is wonderful but the host is not
