BEACH VALENCIA LUXURY Apartment with terrace and sea views

Location is great.

The AC did not work during our stay. We had a hard time sleeping since the apparent was hot for us even at night.

The location was great! The building was right on the beach promenade and the sea was visible from the small balcony. The location is about 30 min bike/bus ride from the old centre of Valencia, but with a supermarket and other shops nearby. I was able to rent a bike in the building for 10 euros/day which seemed to be about the going rate. The building and general area were quiet. The apartment was well equipped; the kitchen had everything I needed and it was handy to have a washing machine. The apartment was spacious and had plenty of cupboard space and space to put things in the bathroom. It was clean and the towels and bedlinen were nice (IKEA).

There were a couple of bulbs missing - one in the bathroom and one in a bedside lamp - but this wasn't really a problem - I just let the management people know before I left. The only issue was that the wifi wasn't great in the apartment and I didn't get much 5G signal when in the building.

Codes sent by email but only a few hours before arrival. Would have been nice if a bit more notice had been given. Following Brexit UK citizens don't get roaming in Europe so sometimes internet access is problematic

Felt we were being pushed out by the maids wanting to clean the room before check-out time

They cancelled on us

The only good thing about the property is it's location in the first row of buildings from the beach.

The apartment was never cleaned in the 5 nights we stayed there. It's a beach apartment, next to a beach with very fine sand, so you can imagine how fast sand got everywhere even on the sheets which were never changed. I rented a similar apartment in Valencia center and it was cleaned daily. The toilet seat was broken to the point my kid could not use the toilet without help and it was only changed after 3 days and calling booking to complain.the host didn't speak even a bit of English and was not at all helpful. The bed was small, the mattress and pillows awful and the sofa blocks the whole living room if extended. The neighbours were extremely loud up to 3 am on weekend nights. The AC is set up to blow directly over the bed and sofa. The kitchen fridge was smelly. Overall there was absolutely nothing "luxury" about this stay, but an overpriced dump.

The apartment was beautiful and view stunning

The letting agent was disgraceful and unhelpful. I was led to believe that there was a private pool , but when I asked where it was I got no answer. False advertising at its best. The apartment wasn't even in the building stated on the advertising on booking.com.
