"Loistava sijainti, kaipaa peruskorjausta"

Sijainti huippu! Vastapäätä Sokos hotel Tornia, keskusta aivan muutaman askeleen päässä. Tunnelmallinen arvohuoneisto, mutta päästetty rapistumaan huonoon kuntoon. 1 parisänky & 2 yhden hengen vuodetta makuuhuoneessa + olohuoneessa kapea parivuode sohvan lisäksi.

Seinien ja kattojen maalipinnat lohkeilivat ympäriinsä pahoin. Huoneisto kaipaa pintaremonttia. Vuokraukseen liittyvien käytännön asioiden tiedot olivat hankalasti löydettävissä, joskin kysymyksiin kyllä vastattiin viestillä nopeasti (osin vain englanniksi). Parkkipaikan sai 15€/vrk varattua, se kuitenkin sijaitsi n 500 m päässä asunnosta. Ilmanvaihto oli puutteellista ja asunto on kesällä taatusti todella kuuma. 1 todella pieni wc, vuodepaikkoijen määrään nähden toinen olisi ollut tarpeen.

駅や、スーパーが近くてとても便利 朝食、夕食は自炊したので節約できた。 質問にもすぐに対応してくれました。

鍵がなかなか開かなく、苦労しました。 修理してもらってからは、スムーズになりました。

"Appartement idéalement situé mais des travaux de rafraichissement sont à faire"

l'appartement est très bien situé, proche de toutes les visites et des transports en commun

la propreté de l'appartement n'était pas au rendez-vous : toiles d'araignées aux plafonds, frigidaire sale... L'appartement devrait être restauré, les peintures sont à refaire, la salle de bain est vieille et défraichie. Les plafonds sont à refaire en urgence. Des travaux de mise à niveau sont indispensables ! par contre l'appartement est très bien situé. Il est spacieux et a du charme.
