We liked the close proximity to beaches and stores.

L'appartement est bien dans son ensemble. Les lits confortables. Bus et taxis à proximité pour rejoindre le centre de San Sebastian. Sinon 20 min à pied du centre appartement plus proche du funiculaire. Top les restaurants autour de l'appartement. Rapport qualité prix au top.

Il manquait l'indispensable une vraie machine à café, l'appartement n'est pas insonorisé. Et la salle de bain mérite un réel rafraîchissement.

It was a nice location. The sleeping rooms and the living room were nice.

A number of things did not work well and calls for a partial reimbursement / discount from the host: 1) The address was not sent to us in due time. We received it through mail after the official time of arrival (3 PM). Thus, we walked around on the street not being able to find the place. Eventually, we had to call to get help using the mobile phone number offered. 2) We could not enter the apartment. The host used a system that should allow them to open the door from the distance / remotely. However, this did not work properly. Instead, we had to call them, and they had to come and help us entering the apartment. They told us they would be there in 5-10 minutes. In fact, they arrived 30 minutes later; 3.37 PM to be precise. The person was helpful and kind. This did not change the fact that we were not able to access our booking in due time. 3) There was no hot water, and the heater looked like it was not turned on. Sending a message to the mobile phone number of the host, we asked the host to fix it. The host did not respond. Instead, we had to try and identify the problem ourselves. We found out that it was the outlet connected to the heater (and the microwave oven) that did not work! When we then connected the microwave to another outlet, it worked. We did the same with the heater. We explained this to the host, encouraging him to come and fix it. No response! 4) Broken window: We wanted to open the window on the right side in the first sleeping room and found out that the hinge was broken. Having opened the window, it was then not possible to close the window again. This was annoying when wanting to sleep, where we wanted to close the window! We asked the host to come and fix it. No response!!

Great location, great apartment! Worked well For our family.

Very small couch and not enough fans - hot at night. Door lock was missing the face plate.
