The Snug - Town Centre Apartment

The location and the large bed.

The shower was dangerous, only had boiling hot water come out that I could not regulate. I was trying to shower my disabled sister after a five hour car journey during a heatwave. The corner sofa is very low. The key to the front door is quite stiff, not easy to use.

No milk No wine glasses Bed looked slept in, sheets very crumpled and pillow slips very crumpled Couldn’t regulate shower temp easily, knob was too hard to turn Shower head squirted in all directions Front door lock very difficult to open Apartment did not feel clean No instruction manual

No hot water and bedroom heater did not work.

Location was fantastic and apartment was perfect for my stay

I'm happy to have found The Snug via booking.com. It's cosy, clean and very nicely renovated with the modern facilities. The king size bed is very comfortable. It's located in a quiet residential area and yet the shops and retaurants are only a few minutes' walk away. The owner is very helpful, makng our stay as easy as possible. It's like a home away from home and I definitely recommend it!

A delightful apartment in a great location. Less than 5 minutes walk and you are in the buzzy high street with a great selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. Within 10 minute walk of the mainline station the apartment is tastefully furnished and decorated with ample cooking and serving utensils. Parking for one car is conveniently available onsite. Jesse is quick to respond to messages and resolve any issues.

Lovely spacious apartment, exactly as described & only 5 minutes walk into town. Free private car parking too! Jesse was very quick to respond to any questions we had while we were there, communication was excellent from start to finish & we would happily stay there again. Loved it!
