Location, style, bed. Simple, useful, good experience.

No elevator, so be careful if you need to carry babies or toddlers. Noisy, it could have been better insulated from external sounds - both from outside and inside the building - car sounds, or people climbing or going down the stairs.

Location is very convenient, close to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and the metro. The apartment is comfortable and well-decorated. It was helpful to have a washing machine for laundry. Also, they provide espresso, which is a very nice touch.

The street can be noisy, which is beyond the property's control. I used earplugs and it was enough to have a great experience in the place.

The property is beautifully renovated, the room was very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The location is in the city, very close to a metro station with many little stores for breakfast or a drink close by

Since this is an old renovated building, the maintenance of certain things like the balcony doors that do not close easily and the bathroom door should be looked at
