HUAmazing big apartment with two bathrooms. Perfect location next to the Mall, good restaurants, and the ocean. Contact with the owner was pretty quick and precise. I can recommend it to all who want to stay in a calm neighborhood with a clean and comfortable Apartment with a private parking spot.

DEDer Anbieter antwortet unheimlich schnell auf Anfragen und die Kommunikation ist sehr unkompliziert. Das Apartment befindet sich in direkter Nähe zu einem Einkaufszentrum mit großem Supermarkt, Café und weiteren Shops. Restaurants gibt es ebenfalls reichlich in der Umgebung. Das Apartment ist sehr groß und bietet sehr viel Stauraum sowie zwei Duschbäder inkl. WC. Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen, Kühl- Gefrierkombi und Induktionskochfeld runden das ganze ab. Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser und sonstige Geräte/Materialien sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Der eigene Tiefgaragenplatz zur sicheren Unterbringung des Mietwagens ist spitze, Ein- und Ausfahrt funktionieren mit Fernbedienung problemlos.
Ein Fenster ließ sich nicht fest schließen und so kann es bei Motorrädern mal etwas lauter werden. Ein Deckel im WC war etwas defekt und in einem Bad tropft es aus dem Waschbecken in eine Schüssel. Ein Sparschäler in der Küche wäre perfekt.
ESExcelente ubicación. Todo tipo de servicios alrededor, con un Centro Comercial justo debajo. Zona muy tranquila por la noche.
