very close to central city .. easy walk to sights and entertainment. comfortable and clean with particularly good security to access unit. on ground floor so no hassle re luggage.

Location - close to the River and Riverside Market. Nice little apartment on ground floor.

Noisy bathroom fan and lounge heater wasn’t very effective.

"Poor"

Close to city centre and had secure parking

Grubby ,everything was grubby from the cushions and throws to the duvet cover and blanket on the bed ,balls of hair on the carpet where you walked in rubber soled shoes and the bathroom grouting was all mouldy . Main heater wasn’t working. I would expect better when I’m paying a $100 cleaning fee
