Scary and dark to enter via rear access and no marked or lit indication of entry point. On entry full of dirt and clutter to long dark staircases. Flat was dirty and smelly bed linen and pillows. Microwave absolutely filthy. No tea spoons, no toilet roll. Dirty piles of bedding inside and out. Dirty bathroom and scum and lime-scale in bath and sink. Hairs and filth on toilet and bath. No bath taps to run a bath. Loads of other peoples personal belongings lying around.
