clean apartment very secure and peaceful comfy double bed good TV options very good value for money

Location was ok maybe a little far out and uphill slightly for someone with mobility issues, but fine for anyone who is fit and healthy and close to rincon area.

Was very clean and well kept apartment had everything u needed and a lovely outdoor pool would definitely recommend only 5 minutes walk to lavente beach and all the bars and entertainment so u would be great stay for a family with 2 bedrooms and sofa bed so plenty of room

Every time we used the shower, water flooded the. Bathroom and didn’t drain away, had to use towels to dry and limit Despite asking on numerous occasions of the property had a pool and would it be open, I was advised that the property did have a pool and it would be open, which is why I booked this accommodation, THE POOL HAS NOT HAD ANY WATER IN IT FOR MONTHS - very disappointing. Both letting agency Benidorm booking.com and cleaning girl were very very rude.

Value for money was ok

The apartment wasn't very clean when we arrived. Couch extremely uncomfortable, pool was not in use and we had not been made aware of same.
