FabHotel Royal Park Inn - Nr Eden Garden Stadium

Location is easily accessible. Rooms are clean

Nothing much to dislike honestly but the room size. It wasn’t adequate for a suite.

I liked only the exhaust fan of the toilet. It was working well. This is the only good thing

The room was super unclean and dirty. It was full of cockroaches. I guess there was a storage room next to my room, and the staff was always going there, and it was disturbing. Not recommended for anyone in the future. Bed and pillow were very dirty. There was no sandle for toilet use. The glasses weren't clean.

Room is full of Cockroaches. Drinking water bottle not available. AC was making lots of noise, could not able to sleep.

fabhotels are number one cheaters. paid advance and booked for 4 nights. when we reached royal Park in, they said no room and transfered to another hotel. hire taxi and reached new hotel. they accepted only for 1 night and adjusted advance amount as their charge for one night. another way of cheating, charged more than their daily rent. then we booked another hotel for 3 night. never book fab again

there is nothing to like in fabhotels. worst customer service too
