Beautifully designed and decorated with lots of space and light with well thought out facilities

Not enough oven space for a large group for our Sunday roast. Lack of wardrobes in the bedrooms

"An exceptional property, exceptionally well located."

An exceptional property, with first class facilities and spotlessly clean on arrival. The family room and bedrooms are all very comfortable, the bath and shower rooms are ideal for a large family group, and the kitchen is 10/10 on its own: it became our family hub during our stay. And... the beach is literally a few seconds walk away (even for our 2 year old grandson) at the end of Chester Road.

The only issue we had was that we didn't have time to stay longer!

"fantastic location for a fun filled family getaway"

The kitchen is an absolute dream - so well appointed it was like stepping into Ideal home magazine ! The sea is a the end of the road - the wonderful Sole Bay pub at the other end - just a perfect location.
