The setting outside with the pool was beautiful

The reception staff (Rehema) at the property was extremely rude & hostile attitude towards guests. The lack of security however was even worse and VERY alarming. They have a high guest turnover because people keep checking in, and checking out after 1 night because security was worrisome. The room doors don’t have actual key locks, you have use a flimsy door hinge at night and a cheap padlock during the day to secure your room. At 8pm, all all the staff vacate the area and you’re left alone. There are no properties nearby, just bushy areas of vacant land that are poorly lit. The property has a sign asking you to lock the property after 8, & that your security is now in your own hands at night. You are locked inside, and the watchman has no access to the place. So if a fire were to break out (God forbid), outsiders can’t help you. We were once left on the property all alone overnight (as ladies) after all guests had checked out & stay went home. The staff Rehema and Grace decided we were no longer important so they withdrew the hot water and utensils that had been constantly replenished during the previous days. Like other guests, all this was too much & we cancelled our stay and asked for a refund for the remaining 2 days. Especially because of the insecurity but we were told the owner refused to do so. It’s a shame. No one would stay there and risk their lives. Let me not get started on the sub-par rooms. We had to use a stool to climb the twin beds (I’m 5’6” for context). The hot water goes off in the middle of your shower, and the AC goes off in the middle of the night. They don’t provide food but have a snack bar. We ordered snacks that arrived 6hours late. I think the management should be serious if they intend to actually run a business.

Honestly I don’t even know where to start! After we traveled over 30 hours arriving to this place was like heaven - not over exaggerating. The amenities are insane and just like the pictures - beautiful! The rooms are amazing, super big and the bed is extremely comfortable. The pool area is wonderful! It’s never crowded as there is not too many rooms. It’s actually perfect. You have complete privacy as the place is gated and surrounded by beautiful threes. We felt safe the whole time! The staff was absolutely amazing! Super sweet and kind. I have to say a special Asante (thanks) goes out to Fadhili and Jamila who made our stay even more incredible. Suuuuper kind and always responded on the phone immediately! Fadhili thank you for our breakfasts in the morning and even romantizing the smallest snacks! I love this place so much and would love to say longer or come back any time.

Absolutely nothing to not like.

Tolle, stylische, geräumige Zimmer, in denen man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Frühstück ist super, das ganze Bamboo Team sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Ein TukTuk Fahrer und weitere notwendige Infos wurden uns direkt bei Check-In an die Hand gegeben. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit dort!

Es handelt sich beim Pool nicht um einen Schwimmpool, aber das wussten wir vorher und war okay für uns :)
