Nayah Stays, Lagoons beach, Paradise 3 ensuite with private pool

-The pool was amazing and very clean. -The villa was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. -The cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast was good. -I would also like to thank the customer service team and housekeeping staff for their support and responsiveness

The maintenance team should check everything before guest arrival, as these issues affected our first day significantly. One room had an AC unit with an extremely loud noise, making it impossible to use until it was fixed the next day. Another room had a power outlet that was not working. The Wi-Fi password did not work on the first day, and some of the garden lights were also not functioning. As a result, our first day was negatively affected by these problems. Although the maintenance team fixed them the following day, these issues should have been identified and resolved before guests arrive

Villa was nice and comfy and access and check in and out was amazing, i like the breakfast service but if we could select and choose from a variety of two or three items would have been better

The AC(Airconditions) are very old and make a very loud and uncomfortable noise in two rooms all during night and was really disturbing. and the whole overall toilets are very old style and not optimum specially shower if renovated would be amazing and great, if you could add hangers in room and toilet would be great as well.

The location and the private pool Staff were responsive and helping as much as they could

The property needs a lot of maintenance Tv remote was not working AC was terrible not cooling and was super loud Bathroom tabs were leaking from day 1 till the end Not all of lights were working We needed like 3 maintenance visits to fix things and it was not fixed because the equipment was old !

Ac is a bit old and noisy

- Outdoor area and the heated pool (pool got cleaned every other day) - Spacious house with Nespresso capsule machine - Close to downtown; food delivery mostly worked over the Yallah 2.0 app - The host was responsive over Whatsapp (but within limited operating hours)

- AC (lower and upper floor) are making a lot of noise, they'd need repair/service - Booked airport transfer over Nayah stays didn't show up at the airport, there weren't really many alternatives without getting scammed if you arrive late and need a ride to El Gouna (price should be approx. 700-800EGP / 15$) - Cleanliness could definitely be improved (there were hair on the bed), some of bathrooms need slight renovation/makeover, same for the sunbeds - Guides/flyers and more precise instructions would be helpful (e.g. surroundings, address of the villa as there is no street, oven, as the burner is hidden in a drawer, Tuktuk office number etc.)

We had a fantastic holiday in Nayah Stays Lagoons Beach Paradise. It was truely a paradise!! It is a private house with private nice clean pool. Big livingroom, nice kitchen, 3 big rooms with each a private bathroom. Location is perfect! The tuktuks bring you in less than 5 minutes to the center of El Gouna. You feel very safe here. Good and easy communication when there is a problem. Breakfast was included and they delevered it every morning.
