"Хороший вариант для нетребовательных путешественников"

Прекрасное расположение: рядом с центром и при этом тихий район. Шторы очень хорошо защищают от света - рассвет у нас наступал, когда мы хотели, а не по солнцу :) Хозяин квартиры очень быстро откликался на наши вопросы - взаимодействие на 10 с плюсом. Квартира не новая, немного потрепанная жильцами :) , но она соответствует тем деньгам, которые мы заплатили. На что стоит обратить внимание принимая решение о сьеме данных аппартаментов: - кухня очень маленькая, если один готовит или моет посуду, второй человек уже не зайдет, - зато в ванной большое пространство для душа, - место для приема пищи находится в небольшой проходной комнате, для двоих нормально, для троих уже тесновато, - на кровати мягкий удобный матрас, а вот диван жесткий (но мне это как раз подходило). В некоторых отзывах я читала жалобы на вонючий подьезд, но из четырех суток, что мы прожили, только в один день был неприятный запах в подьезде, остальные три дня было все в порядке. Из сюрпризов: в гости через балкон может прийти милейшая добрейшая кошечка - верните ее в квартиру номер 5 :)

не хватало прикраватных тумбочек, но это было видно по фото, что их там нет (так что мы были готовы к этому)

Appartamento centralissimo, a piedi arrivi ovunque con pochi minuti, il proprietario gentile e disponibile!

La pulizia lascia un po’ desiderare e l’appartamento è un po’ datato.

"Comfort di nome e di fatto"

Appartamento grande, centrale, le foto sono corrispondenti, ben riscaldato, letto matrimoniale unico comodo, con due televisori il bagno e la cucina con alcuni prodotti in caso di necessità e una doccia ampia con acqua calda. Era il compleanno del mio compagno ed all'arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare un bigliettino d'auguri scritto personalmente a mano accompagnato da una bottiglia di vino rosso e una tavoletta di cioccolato. Torneremo sicuramente in questo appartamento.
