The place is on the ground floor, in the middle of a party area, and isolation is very poor - so it’s impossible to sleep properly. There’s also an emergency light that can’t be switched off that lights just on top of the bed. If you book this, expect not to rest much. Moreover, there are bugs on the floor - we could see a trap for ants so the owner is probably aware, but nonetheless it’s disgusting. Ventilation is also very poor, we could feel the air quality was bad and clothes wouldn’t dry - and again, it’s a ground floor in a party place, so you can’t really open the windows much. The place advertises it can store your luggage, and that’s outright a lie. The owner gave us a 10% discount code for some lockers at a different location instead, and when we pointed out the fact that luggage storage is listed as a facility, he still rejected to do anything about it. All in all, the place is noisy and dirty, and the owner won’t be bothered to even honour what he advertises, let alone facilitate anything else. I’d strongly recommend you avoid this place.

Great location, it honestly does not get any better. It a very well refurbished old building in the centre of the city surrounded by lively bars and restaurants. It has everything you need for a short and even slightly longer stays.

It did not necessarily affect my sleep, but if you are a light sleeper or you travel with kids it might get a bit noisy outside, at night during the weekend, especially the room on the ground floor that I had booked.

Wunderbar gelegene Unterkunft inmitten der Altstadt mit traumhaften Blick über die Bucht! Zudem interessante Architektur - moderne Unterkunft in historischem Mauerwerk!

Die Baustelle auf dem Nachbarhaus, müsste aber bald fertig sein!
