Excellent reception when we arrived very friendly and our bedroom was perfect would definitely recommend to anyone

I thought the property was feasible and comfortable for a few nights stay. The dining, living and bedroom were easily accessible from the lobby. Very clean and tidy which it has helped us to feel relax. Gold star ⭐

beautiful room , lovely breakfast and fantastic host

The breakfast was excellent, location is very good, it's a unique property with loads of history. Very nice to see glass bottles and water refill station to reduce plastic and provide drinking water. Loved the maps and the old oven in the dining area. Honesty bar is a great touch.

Everything about it. Location is unbeatable - a short walk from the station and just enough out of town to feel like you're not in the thick of it. It's comforting to hear the train, feels quaint and countryside-esque. The breakfast was amazing, we were offered a starter and a main. Homemade and delicious. The hosts are so knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, fun and relaxing. We felt at home and we miss it!

We really, really struggled to think of anything. If there was ANYTHING we would mention, is that breakfast could have been further improved by the starter being replaced by or offered as an alternative a buffet style approach with bread/yog/cereal one might expect at a B&B. However, this is really a push to answer. We loved everything.

This a great B & B which is easy walking distance from Rye centre, booked on the strength of the reviews. So here’s another 5 star review as we loved our stay. Family run and fronted by Toby who makes you so welcome. Breakfast is very good, it’s super clean and just enough character to make it an unusual/unique stay. We also liked the EV charging and safe parking.

Wonderful experience and location, the food was exceptional , and hosts were amazing friendly and all your needs were catered for and very personal.. can’t wait to go back tbh. Perfect little getaway.
