"An excellent base to explore Rye and the surrounding area."

The Windmill is a 5 minute walk from the centre of historic Rye and Bob gave us a town map and highlighted the best places to see and eat. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is on site parking (quite tight) which is a great asset in Rye. EV charging available. Breakfast was excellent with local produce and a good choice. The property is unusual and very tastefully decorated.

The room (#8) was quite warm but there was a fan in the room. The property is next to the railway line which wasn't a problem for us but something to be aware of.
