Villa by the Sea

It’s easy to fall in love with this house. It’s very stylish but homely. Great location close to town and directly on the beach. Very clean and comfortable.

There is nothing I didn’t like. Although I missed a radio in the kitchen.

We had a great stay at Villa by the Sea, house was amazing and had everything we wanted. Not only beautiful inside but great outside too. Great location, fantastic views over the Tay, BBQ, lovely enclosed sunny garden to sip fizz and safe for our wee dogs. Jamie, our welcome host was really friendly and very informative, made us feel very welcome!

Was very easy to find the keys and then we had meet and greet and where showed round the house

The only thing i would say if this is dog friendly it's hard work with cream carpets and cream couches and white bed linen, other places I have stayed that are dog friendly have been wooden floors and leather couches with throws BUT it was a lovely house i was just terrified the dogs made a mess

The location was perfect. We love Broughty, so 5 minutes walk to bars and restaurants, with lovely view

Where to start....this house is absolutely stunning! Set in a beautiful location with amazing views, central yet peaceful, decoration and unique finishings throughout to the highest standard making our stay fabulous. More than enough space for 8 adults to spend the weekend comfortably with all amenities and more, including a bottle of chilled fizz on arrival. We can't wait to return to this gem!
