Secluded and luxurious, well equipped

The location was perfect for us, close to family, facilities and points of interest. It would be ideal in summer for visiting the Kent countryside. The house was clean and provided enough kitchen space and equipment to cook breakfast or dinner. There was a great little cheat sheet, explaining how things worked and the location of local supermarkets, eateries and pubs.

We visited in April and were a little cold as there was no central heating, however the room heater kept our room cosy. The hot water did take a while to arrive, but it was plentiful and the shower was a little cosy. But really very little to complain about.

Plenty of space with full sized kitchen, small but adequate shower room, living room and 2 bedrooms.

Time of year meant heating was inadequate for size of building. As it is a wooden construction extension, it requires proper heating rather than the small convector heaters in the living area and kitchen. The king sized bedroom had a radiant ceramic heater which couldn't compete with the temperature. This is not a criticism of the owner but could be improved upon to make it more comfortable for others. TV in bedroom no signal even after tuning. Huge TV in living area, however too cold to be in there. Games room also looks impressive, but freezing also, as shuttered off by curtain with no heat in there either.

the location, the property is beautifully decorated and spotless clean. it really shines. It's cosy and comfortable. Definitely worth visiting. Thank you

Signage to our apartment was non existent

Beautiful house and surroundings

Absolutely freezing accommodation, small plug in heaters were used to heat the property but unfortunately still ice cold No shower gel provided and I was too far from any shops.

Lovely, cozy, spacious and clean space. Easy to access and park.
