Appartamento molto pulito e con tutto il necessario, proprietari molto gentili , a disposizione lasciano the ,caffè , e una bottiglia d'acqua per l'arrivo.

The location is close to the express road that leads to Umbria's main attractions and to a Conad supermarket. The apartment is well equipped. You can find a free parking place easily on the streets nearby.

A microwave may be useful.

Great location for exploring Umbria! The apartment itself was good, but compared to other places we’ve stayed, there are a few things that could be improved - see below. There was a coffee machine with plenty of coffee/tea capsules, and some selection of tea bags. Communication with the host was excellent - when my daughter accidentally locked the door, I messaged him and he immediately explained how to open it. He was always quick to respond to any questions. The bed in the bedroom was excellent. The one in the living room wasn’t as comfortable - but that’s to be expected, as it was a sofa bed. Parking was almost always available right next to the house - only once I had to park around the corner.

There was never any hot water in the kitchen! The boiler worked inconsistently, likely due to weak water pressure. Sometimes there was no hot water in the bathroom sink either, so I had to turn on the water in the shower. In the kitchen, it simply never worked - we had to turn on the water in the bathroom sink to increase the pressure and get warm water for washing dishes. I informed the host, and his response was: "You might need to unscrew and clean out the limescale. If you’re able to do it, it’s actually very easy to unscrew." - which was a bit unexpected. There is a washing machine, but no laundry detergent. There’s hand soap, but no body wash or shampoo. When I asked, I was told to go to the store... Compared to other apartments, I didn’t expect I’d need to buy a whole pack of laundry detergent, body wash, shampoo, a bottle of oil for salad, and so on. These are small things - but they really do make a difference. The kitchen was very minimally equipped: just two pans and one pot. There was no microwave and no kettle, which made it inconvenient - we had to heat milk for coffee, wash the pot, then use it again to boil water for tea. There was only one knife suitable for cooking - a serrated bread knife - and one of the plates was chipped and should probably be replaced. There was a basic set of glasses - good for anything from water to wine. Wi-Fi signal in the bedroom was weak, on the right side it didn’t work at all. A dishwasher would have been nice to have, but not a dealbreaker. Heating during the last few days wasn’t very effective - it relied on air conditioners, and one of the remote controls didn’t work, but that’s a minor detail. All in all - a good stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
