Mirage Place B&B

Location is good.

1. Almost the last day to be informed to have coffee room when asked to borrow cups and kettle. Nothing inside the room. 2. Too strong smell of detergent in toilet. 3. Small room

Prima kamer met goede badkamer, “Griekse methode” m.b.t. toiletgebruik, geen issue verder.

Best gehorig gezien ligging aan rotonde en intern maar slapen met oordoppen lost dat op!

La propiedad muy limpia. El anfitrión Luca siempre atento a cualquier necesidad. Tuvimos un inconveniente y lo resolvió rápidamente. El personal muy amable. La habitación con balcón amplia. Y un lugar para preparar café muy completo.

El baño demasiado pequeño, diría imposible moverse dentro del baño. Te llevas por delante, inodoro, bacha , ducha, una incomodidad total. Una lástima porque el resto todo bien, pero en realidad no volvería solo por el tamaño del baño.

I can recommend the Mirage B&B to everyone visiting Catania - it is 5-10 minutes away from the city center, and it is 5 minutes away from Catania Centrale, which is great if you want to visit other cities as well, by bus or train. Luca is a great host and will help you with everything you need, we could also leave our bags after checkout for the whole day before our flight which was very convenient. Our room was comfortable and clean, and you also have a fridge in the room and A/C. We'll for sure come back to Catania in the future and book our stay here again. :)

Staff were friendly and helpful and everything was very clean, nice outdoor space and kitchen. Central location close to public transport. Prompt communication. Seemed secure and the bed was comfortable.

I received a message afterwards requesting a 10/10 review to support a Bookings.com competition, I felt that was manipulative as reviews should be honest and unbiased. It's noisy all night by a busy road, earplugs supplied do help, but I still found it harder to sleep. Bathroom very cramped and hardly any space between the toilet and the shower.
