"Ruime, comfortabele villa, maar interieur heeft upgrade nodig"

Het is een mooie en schone villa op een goede plek in het hart van Canggu: in de nabije omgeving struikel je over de voortreffelijke restaurants, koffiezaakjes etc. De drie kamers zijn ruim en de indeling van de villa is comfortabel, met een relaxte veranda-keuken en een fijn zwembad. Met een groot gezin kun je er uitstekend terecht.

We vonden de villa wat minder goed dan de beoordeling deed vermoeden. Dat zie je eigenlijk pas op het tweede oog. De opvallende, grote zitzakken bij het zwembad zijn wél hip en super comfortabel, maar de interieur-inrichting kan echt wel een upgrade gebruiken, zeker in vergelijking met veel horeca-, hotels en verblijven in de nabije omgeving. De meubels en de huisstijl doen wat gedateerd aan. Ook de muren kunnen wel een frisse schilderbeurt gebruiken. Maar het ontbreekt vooral aan sfeer, zeker in de slaapkamers: die zijn nogal kaal en weinig smaakvol verlicht, met overal felle lampen. Een interieurstylist zou deze villa tot een 9 kunnen maken, in onze beleving is het maximaal een 7,5.

Great place to stay in a great location with so many amazing restaurants within a 3 minute walk & a chemist & convenient store literally 1 minute away at the bottom of the laneway. Bedrooms were nice, great pool, fresh water supplied and very spacious, Overall a great stay.

Only small downside was that it was at the end of a muddy lane way that is very dark at night. However this wouldn’t detour me from staying again

Location perfect, super close to laundry service, stores, pharmacy, shops, cafeterias…. Just around 10 minutes walk from the Finn’s beach bar which is also location of the main beach 👌🏼 Quite, good looking rooms, cleanliness of facilities overall perfect 😍

Smell of the clean towels is not so good, I think they should be washed on the higher temperature because of the hygiene as well. But it’s something I have noticed in almost every place I have stayed.
