Really friendly host and lovely room, we felt realy welclme.

Hard to find overnight parking however npt the hotels fault

Good location to explore Tavistock and Dartmoor. Hosts were welcoming, helpful and friendly? and the room and shared spaces were comfortable.

Excellent location in the centre of Tavistock, but on a quiet street.

Booking.com did not include the name of our room in the confirmation, so we had some initial confusion.

What a place, location, property amazing, Jack an Iain are top top hosts, helpful, friendly and its clear to see they love what they do, up there with the best hosts I've ever stayed with. Thank you gentleman.

Nothing really, I did miss that the room I booked was a shared bathroom, but that's my fault, when we aired our thoughts on the shared bathroom to Iain, he was so polite in his reply, letting us know that they do have many rooms that are ensuite, we just need to enquire when booking next time, and we will be returning.

Ideally situated in the centre of town

Lack of parking let it down, but there are a lot of parking around town until 18.00 hours when the parking is free

The decor was really lovely and it smelt incredible, super clean and a very pleasant aesthetic and super close to Tavistock Centre :)
