Jacuzzi, Walk to Trails, Stunning Views, Mid-Century Modern,Pool

AMAZING home in the heart of Sedona. Beautiful views, wonderful pool area, immaculate home. Perfect for our group of three couples. Well appointed with everything you might possibly need, very clean, and well laid out so everyone has space and privacy but also lots of fun areas to congregate. We even had fun in the little “garden” behind the house, looking at birds and insects. You won’t find a better place in Sedona! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Nothing - it was perfect!

The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook some dinners. We had fun with the vinyl player and really enjoyed the jacuzzi.

The door was too tight and took some time to open and close with the coded lock.

This is a big home, with large bedrooms and a very large living room/dining room in the center. The two master bedrooms each have a big bathroom. In one of the master bathrooms the windows are covered with wood slats and not insulated and therefore makes the bathroom drafty and very cold on winter nights. For some reason the mirrors are not over the sinks which is kind of wonky. The 3rd bedroom has a small bathroom with a tiny shower stall (which is not really usable for an adult). The heating system is excellent, a must during cold winter nights. The pool area and front porch (where you can observe the javelinas traversing the street late afternoon) are lovely to use during the day when the sun is out. Unfortunately, the pool is not heated and we could not use it as our visit was in December. Location and access to town are convenient with plenty of stores and restaurants within a 15-minute drive. The kitchen is big and well stocked, however we found a lot of items dirty/dusty and we needed to wash them prior to using (as well as the glassware in the bar). The dishwasher was molded and therefore we could not use it. The living room has a big couch and chair, looks nice but not very comfortable. Compared to similar rentals, we found the cost high, however, it would be justified with some upgrades and a heated pool. We did have a lovely stay and the home did grow on us over the 10 days we were there. Sedona is wonderful with beautiful scenery, hiking and other activities all in very close proximity to the home. The vacation rental was wonderful for my group! The hot tub was excellent and the paths thru the backyard were super sweet. Javalinas strolled by the house, we loved seeing them! The darkness and quiet of the neighborhood was much appreciated. Our host was very easy to contact and took care of all of our needs with ease and gave great recommendations.

No comfortable seating for the mature body. Couch was beautiful, but not practical

This house is lovely!We loved using the pool every day. It also had many spaces that were relaxing and had a beautiful view. The front entry was one of those quiet spots that you could enjoy as you sipped coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon. We liked using the jacuzzi in the evening. After a day of sightseeing, hiking or shopping we looked forward to relaxing at this beautiful home

We wished there was outdoor lighting at the pool and music.

The house was spacious plenty of room for a group of 5. Kitchen was amazingly well stocked. Beds were comfortable.
