Villa Pedaci B&B

We loved our big room, the views from the common balcony. It was quiet. Breakfast on the balcony every morning was amazing. Our hosts were so friendly.

Very steep walk into the town. You definitely need your own car.

Francesco and Marita were very welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean with sea view from our balcony. The breakfast was simply fantastic - including some local specialities. Breakfast served on a mini table so could be taken inside or outside. Excellent spacious carparking,

Traditional Italian Villa. Easy access, exceptional on-site parking. Big rooms and fantastic view from the huge roof-top traditional balcony. Great attention to breakfast.

Wonderful B&B close to terminus of Via Francigena. Beautiful villa with 3 rooms and owners living on-site. Great communication prior to arrival. Breakfast was one of the best we had on VF. B&B is about 1 km walk to main town and owner offered to drive us into town for dinner. Foolishly we declined their kind offer and walked on road into town after dark. DON'T DO IT. Better to take ride or walk the long steps from near lighthouse (very close to B&B - a plus for location). It's 6km to train station and owner was kind enough to give us a ride in morning. All in all a 10☆ B&B.

Francesco and Marita were wonderful hosts. The breakfasts were very generous and consisted mainly of homemade foods. Our room was very spacious with a large bathroom, and a balcony (including table and chairs and drying rack). The villa is close to the lighthouse, in a very quiet and peaceful setting.

We liked it all, however, some may find the walk into town a bit challenging as part of the 1 km walk includes a very long descent on stone steps. However, the view of the harbour and town as you are descending is beautiful.
